The lab is equipped with advanced tools sponsored by Satake, Japan, enabling precise and in-depth analysis of each grain of paddy and it includes kett machines, dryers, huskers, graders, polishers, clippers, moisture meters, weigh scales, and a cooking basin etc
Reports generated by the lab are reviewed 2-3 times daily by the purchase manager, and quality cuts are enforced if paddy standards are not met.
Milled rice being packed for dispatched in our packing units is sampled 4 times a day to ensure it aligns with the quality specifications provided to us by the respective buyer.
Separate reports are maintained for dryers to monitor if rice is being dried appropriately and at the correct temperature.
