Once the drying process is completed, the paddy is transferred from the silos to the milling plant. The milling process is conducted using cutting-edge machinery to deliver high-quality rice:

De-Huskers:

We have 4 de-huskers that effectively remove the husk, yielding high-quality brown rice.

Paddy Separators:

Our 4 paddy separators efficiently separate unhusked paddy from husked rice.

De-Stoners:

Two de-stoners are used to remove hard particles and stone-like substances that may have entered during earlier processes.

Polishers:

The rice undergoes a 4-stage polishing process to remove the outer bran layer, resulting in exquisitely polished rice.

Silky Machines:

After polishing, the rice is processed through 2 silky machines, which add a luxurious shine and give the rice a royal finish.

Sizers:

Sizers are used to remove small, immature grains, ensuring uniformity in size.

Sortex Machines:

Our milling unit houses 2 advanced sortex machines with a capacity of 10 tonnes/hour each. These machines sort and eliminate damaged or discolored grains, ensuring only the finest rice proceeds to the next stage.

Grading Machines:

Finally, our plant is equipped with 30 high-precision graders that categorize rice into different grades, separating broken rice from whole grains. Once graded, the rice moves to the packing unit.
